JE Leader Online: Online Job Evaluation system

MHR Global offers the innovative remuneration management system, JE Leader On-line™, a fully customisable electronic tool that allows employers to quickly evaluate roles and develop remuneration structures specifically suited to their organisation.

JE Leader On-line also links directly with our market remuneration databases to provide users with the most up to date information availabel for use in developing and maintaining remuneration structures using the Remuneration Structure Model.

The principal of MHR, Kevin McBride, has been instrumental in both the development of the JE Leader On-line system, and its successful implementation both in New Zealand and in international markets

Remuneration Structure ModelSample model

Subscribers to the MHR Remuneration Service can now use JE Leader results to rapidly develop and maintain banded remuneration structures which combine internal relativities (from JE Leader) and external market values (from our remunration databases).

Authorised users can select:

  • A specific market comparison (e.g. All organisations, Asset group, Industry)
  • A specific market stance (Median, Upper Quartile, Lower Quartile)
  • Number of Bands

The Remuneration Structure Model automatically generates a draft structure based on user selections. This can then be refined by the user to create the final structure.

The final structure can be saved within the secure MHR site, for later retrieval and update., either by aplication of an indexed movement or by realignment with more up to date market results. .

Together JE Leader Online and the MHR Remuneration Structure Model provide a unique and highly cost effective and efficient means of developing and managing remuneration structures.
